Fang Bian

Fang Bian joined WRL as a Technical Officer in 2018. He has a BSc majoring in chemistry, specialising in laser-related devices as well as analytical instruments; and an MSc majoring in applied geology, focussing on fire, groundwater and cave science.

Fang’s primary role at WRL is to manage the groundwater records for the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) Groundwater Database across NSW, and to assist in other in-lab and in-field planning, equipment and operations.
